• Pre-Arrival Preparation: Adjust thermostats, turn on lights, or coordinate basic cleaning to ensure your home is welcoming upon your return, tailored to snowy winter or summer conditions.

• Grocery Stocking: Arrange limited grocery deliveries or stock essentials (e.g., non-perishable items) for your arrival, subject to advance notice and availability.

• Vendor Coordination: Schedule and meet select vendors (e.g., cleaners, landscapers) for essential maintenance, leveraging our keyholder service for secure access.

• Delivery Acceptance: Receive and store small, non-urgent deliveries (e.g., packages, mail) to keep your McCall doorstep secure, with limitations on size and frequency.

• Custom Requests: Address select, pre-approved requests (e.g., coordinating minor repairs) on a case-by-case basis, ensuring alignment with our focus on property protection.
